What data I collect
This site has no forms or user accounts. I only process the data you send me when you contact me by email or WhatsApp and, if you accept cookies, anonymous browsing data: page views, link clicks, device type, browser, approximate country and language.
Cookies I use
Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, lasting up to 2 years, to tell visits apart and measure site usage. Analytics storage stays denied until you click Accept. If you reject, no analytics cookies are set. The site also stores your choice in your browser's local storage (cookie-consent).
How I use the data
Only to measure and improve the site's performance and content, and to reply to the messages you send me. I do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Third parties
Google Analytics may transfer data to Google servers outside your country. Links to WhatsApp and social networks lead to third-party services with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can access, update, correct or request deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time (Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and, where applicable, the GDPR). To exercise them, email dev.juantapias@gmail.com.
